The Mariadele Process

It takes about 4 to 6 weeks to create a tutu depending on the amount of embellishments.  I use high quality fabrics, laces, and notions in the tutus. I use both domestic and imported nets for the skirt.  My principle focus is fit, functionality, and durability.  I believe the costume I create should enhance the dancer's technique, not overpower it.  My job is to make the dancer feel good and secure.  This way, they can walk onto the stage with the confidence needed to concentrate on their dancing.
